Troubleshooting Low Steam Pressure/Power

If your machine isn’t producing enough steam pressure or power, try the following steps:

1. Check the Water Tank and make sure the tank is filled to the appropriate level.
2. Always purge the steam wand before use to ensure the line between the pipe and the tube is clear.
3. Recalibrate the machine.
   • Press and hold both the Back and Confirm buttons to open the Settings menu.
   • Navigate to Settings > Calibration > Steam Calibration
     • Prior to performing the steam calibration, ensure that the steam wand is placed in a jug or cup to capture any water sprayed from the wand outlet
