Why is my Machine leaking?

For our first production run of machines, there is a small batch that is affected by a water leakage under the machine. This is due to the back pressure caused when brewing coffee capsules with extremely fine coffee. Due to the inherent nature of pressure profiling with the Morning Machine, the system is being introduced to several and new permutations of pressure application in the brew chamber. If the back pressure is too high, it causes some water leakage under the machine. If this issue continues to persist, please get in touch with our Support Team. 

We have resolved this issue in our next production run of machines by strengthening the water tube material and also the end clamps for the tubing.
