"Fault Scale Data" error
If your machine is displaying a "Fault Scale Data" error message, we recommend recalibrating your scale to get the most accurate measurements, especially after using the machine for a long time or moving it around.
- Ensure your firmware is updated.
See how to Update your Firmware. - Go to Machine Settings.
- Select Calibration.
- Select Scale Zero.
- Wait for the success message for all to complete the process.
"Place Cup" error
If your machine is displaying a "Place Cup" error message, we recommend ensuring that your cup is placed firmly on the scale without removal or interference during brewing, and the machine is placed on a firm flat surface. If problem persists, perform the 5 steps as outlined above to recalibrate your scale.
