1. Please remove all liquids to avoid damage during transportation. This can be done by emptying the (i) Drip Tray, (ii) Water Tank, (iii) Used Capsule Container.
2. Purge your Morning Machine to ensure there is no liquid in your machine. While conducting the purge, the machine may notify you that it has no/low water. However, continue purging to clear as much liquid in the system as possible.
3. Pack the Machine and its parts back into the original box. If the box is unavailable, please find a sturdy bag that can fit the machine.
If you're packing the machine for return, please include the following:

☑️ Drip Tray & Cover
☑️ Silicon Tray
☑️ Water Tank & Lid
If you're packing the machine for our service centre, do not include the detachable parts (Water Tank, Inner & Outer Capsule Bin, Top & Base Drip Tray, Rubber Mat). Our service centre is not responsible for any missing parts of your Morning Machine and may not be returned to you.
