Morning Machine Warranty Policy
Morning guarantees products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time in accordance with a proper care routine as outlined below. The Morning Machine has a warranty period of 1-year from the date of purchase.
Proper Care, including regular cleaning and maintenance and normal use (use as the product as intended) described by the product’s instructions, is required to maintain your warranty.
Please Note That This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage resulting from abuse or improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.
- Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.
- Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product of this warranty.
This Warranty is Valid Only for:
The original consumer
- When the product is purchased through DrinkMorning.com or our authorized Distributors/Stockists/Retailers/Roasters.
- With the original sales receipt for proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.
- When the warranty is applied within 30 days from purchase date. Please submit your warranty claim here.
Morning Machine Returns and Exchanges Policy
Please note that Morning can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from our website. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by Morning and a return label is provided.
If the product was purchased from our international stockists/retailers/roasters/distributors, please reach out to their respective customer service departments first and hold onto your proof-of-purchase or receipt.
Morning, at our discretion, will accept returns or exchange of the Morning Machine within 60 days (SG) or 14 days (UK) from goods receipt only if:
- the product is damaged before receipt of the same by you
- there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery, and provided always
that (i) such product is still in its original package, and (ii) is accompanied by the relevant original invoice issued.
Morning reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Morning also reserves the right to assess and charge a restocking fee if the product is dirty, wet or missing any parts or accessories.
Morning cannot refund items which were not packaged secure enough to survive the journey.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment.
If the return is valid, Morning will refund the original cost of the product, less the initial shipping cost.

Shipping Discrepancies
The following applies for Machines ordered via our DrinkMorning.com website. Our operations team performs a thorough check to ensure accuracy of all orders that ship from our warehouse. If for some reason, you are unfortunate enough to discover a mistake or a damaged item in your order, please get in touch with our Support Team so we can assist with the discrepancy.
