If I change my mind, can I cancel the subscription before the 12 months period?

We do offer a cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of your subscription purchase. Within this cooling period window, you may return the Machine and capsules sent to you unused and in their original condition. After which, we will refund you the full amount you paid for to your original payment method. 

However, if you decide to cancel before the end of the term and after seven days, you will need to pay a cancellation fee stated in the Terms and Conditions hereunder term 1.16.
