What does the pressure settings in the recipes mean?

The Morning Machine has pressure profile settings from K1 - P7. K1 being the lowest, and P7 being the highest pressure.

K1 - K3 is created for low-pressure brews for experimental recipes such as Kyoto Style Slow Drip. 

P1 - P3 is best used for Bloom & Brew. For a more balanced coffee for capsules with compostable seals, we recommend using P4 - P5 and P6 - P7 for capsules with aluminium seals. 

For the ten default recipes in your Morning Machine, the pressure levels are set based on the recipes. However, if you are using Manual Brew setting on your Machine, you'd be able to tweak the pressure level settings based on your preference and the type of drinks you're brewing.
