Should you receive a damaged machine or accessory, please notify us by email as soon as possible. For Morning Machines bought from our Singapore website, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 60 days from delivery—a refund, replacement, or exchange will be arranged. For our UK customers, you may contact our Customer Care team within 14 days from delivery.
Your legal rights regarding defective products (those faulty or misdescribed) are not affected by your rights of return and refund or our General Conditions of Sales.

- How do I return or exchange a machine?
Should you ever wish to return a recently purchased Morning Machine, purchased directly from Morning’s Singapore website, this can be done within 60 days of delivery, so long as the machine remains in an unopened & original packaging, undamaged and unused condition.
For our UK customers, Morning Machine returns can be accommodated within 14 days of delivery.
- Purchases made online
To arrange for the return of a recently purchased Morning machine, please contact our Customer Care team via email (email@example.com) who will provide you with a returns authorisation code and shipping instructions.
We suggest that you return using an insured delivery (available at the Post Office) as we cannot be responsible for returned goods damaged in transit.
Once we receive your returned machine, Morning will verify the return for packing, serial number & invoice, and reimburse you within a maximum of 30 days of receiving your machine. Please note that, while we’re determined to reimburse the amount as soon as possible, your bank may take additional time to post the refund since the amount is sent to the original form of payment. The refund can only be made back to the original card used to pay for the order or to your Morning account in the form of credits.
Please include a copy of the proof of purchase, your name, and address in the returned parcel, and please indicate if you would like a return or an exchange.
Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited or exchanged. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.
Morning, at our sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions. Morning reserves the right to assess and charge a restocking fee of 10% contingent on the return.
- Machines purchased at a Morning stockist / partner
Machines purchased through one of our retail partners must be returned to the original store of purchase, in line with that store’s own returns policy. Morning is unable to give refunds for machines purchased from anywhere other than official Morning sites (drinkmorning.com and drinkmorning.co.uk) directly.
