Are your capsules recyclable or compostable?

For aluminium capsules, you can easily separate the used coffee grounds from the casing with a capsule recycler like the UPress. Aluminium is one of the most recycled (and recyclable) materials in the world, and aluminium capsule casing can be sent to any commercial recycling facility after being cleaned.

For compostable capsules, we recommend commercial composting via your local food waste collection. Home-composting is possible, but results will vary significantly based on capsule material and composting conditions.
