Some possible causes are:
1. Incorrect Water Tank Placement
Check if the water tank is placed correctly. Ensure the opening of the lid is facing away from the machine.
2. Full Drip Tray or Capsule Bin
Regular usage of the machine will cause the drip tray and capsule bin to accumulate liquid. Remember to regularly drain it after a few brews.
3. Clogged nozzle
The nozzle of the Morning Machine could be clogged from the accumulation of coffee grounds or debris from compostable coffee capsules.
To remove the debris:
- Insert a thin object (e.g. brush head, toothpick) into the coffee nozzle. The coffee nozzle is located in the middle of 3 apertures underneath the chamber.
- Per the image above, the coffee nozzle comprises 4 quadrants. Clear out the 4 quadrants of the nozzle of any visible debris.
- Perform a purge of the machine by pressing and holding the BACK button.
- Optional: We recommend you to perform a basic clean of the machine with capsule cleaning products such as Cafetto Eco Capsule Cleaner. You may perform a basic clean via Settings > Maintenance > Basic Cleaning.
