Water is coming out of my machine. What should I do?

Some possible causes are:

1. Leaking Water Tank

Check the valve in the water tank to ensure that it is not stuck when removed. Check if the tank is seated fully in place in the machine.

2. Full Drip Tray

Empty the drip tray.

3. Drip Tray is not in Place

Make sure drip tray is on top of the scale.
