There is excess water/ coffee dripping from the Machine nozzle

Having excess water or coffee dripping from the Machine nozzle is normal behaviour; this means that the heater is being kept warm. We suggest keeping the drip tray on top of the scale at all times to avoid undesirable water/coffee leakage.
