Some roasters grind their coffee finer for better extraction, causing coffee to drip from the nozzle during the blooming stage and when brewing is complete—this is acceptable. This will also depend on the recipe selected, it may result in the coffee being too fine for water to pass through. You can try brewing your capsules with a light roast coffee recipe via the Morning app.
However, if you notice that there is backpressure and coffee or water is dripping into the used capsule bin, please submit a ticket request to our Customer Care team to investigate and help you resolve the issue.
