Some possible causes:
1. Machine Offline
Reconnect your Machine:
1. On your Morning Machine, enter the Machine Settings by holding the Back and Confirm button for 4 seconds.
2. Enter Settings > Set Up Wi-Fi, then press Confirm. The Machine will display 'Configure On App'.
3. Back on the app, on the 'Coffee Machine' page on the app, click on Machine Settings: Wi-Fi Settings, then enter your latest Wi-Fi network credentials.
2. Deselected Machine
Your Machine may not be selected. On the app, go to Recipes > Coffee Machine and then make sure you select the Machine that you wish to use.
3. Machine Not Connected to Wi-Fi
Your Machine might not have been set up to your local Wi-Fi network. Perform the steps to complete the Machine pairing process (see Connect Machine to Wi-Fi)
