How to identify this issue?
- Machine is 'stuck' in pre-infusion mode during the brew
- Machine displays "Flow Restricted" or a "Blockage" message after 10 seconds of brewing
- After releasing the capsule, the back of the capsule is punctured, but the seal in front is not

1. Ensure your firmware is updated

3. Prime/ purge your Machine
