Troubleshooting “Disconnected from Cloud” Error

1. Ensure that the router is on 2.4Ghz network. Make sure the machine is placed in a location with strong WiFi signal.
2. Ensure that the machine is turned on and not in operation
3. Connect the machine to the app again
4. Check that the machine displays “Success” after the connection is completed
5. If the connection fails, perform a factory reset and repeat steps 1-4 again
