- Ensure that the router is on 2.4Ghz network. Make sure the machine is placed in a location with strong WiFi signal.
- Ensure that the machine is turned on and not in operation
- Connect the machine to the app again
- Check that the machine displays “Success” after the connection is completed
- If the connection fails, perform a factory reset and repeat steps 1-4 again
