For Customers in Singapore
You may request a return or exchange within 60 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product was not in working condition before the purchase date, or
- There is a discrepancy between the order and the item received
Additionally, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is still in its original packaging
- The return is accompanied by the original invoice issued within Singapore
For Customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe
